S. C. Yadav spent a career in the Indian Revenue Service at senior levels of tax administration, adjudication and appellate work. In 1996, drawing on the family library and his own field experience, he began structuring Indian legal knowledge into a schema. Two decades later, that schema became the metadata backbone of the country's largest appeals repository. In 2025, he founded Lexlegis Solutions Private Limited to deploy that accumulated intelligence as a trusted AI platform. He continues to chair the board and drive product direction from Mumbai.
