What Compliance does.

A ready-made catalogue

Over 50 obligations across India, the UK, the US and Singapore, from GST, TDS, PF and ESI to ROC filings. Adopt what applies, edit it, or add your own.

Clients, entities and locations

Track each company, LLP or trust under a client, and each plant, office, branch, warehouse or site under it. File once per entity or once per location.

Due dates generated

Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual obligations are laid out 12 months ahead on calendar or financial-year periods, and also show in the firm Calendar.

Renewals from expiry dates

Record a registration or licence with its expiry date and a renewal task is created for you.

Maker-checker review

Require review on any obligation. The reviewer cannot be the person who prepared it, and sending back needs a note.

Evidence before done

Attach challans and acknowledgements, record the challan number and amount paid, and make evidence mandatory before an item is marked filed.

Reminders and a weekly digest

Owners are reminded 30, 15, 7, 3 and 1 day before and on the due date, in the app and by email. Each client’s compliance manager gets a weekly digest.

Statute, form and penalty

Catalogue obligations carry the statute, authority and form, a penalty note where relevant and a link to official guidance.

Analytics across clients

Filed, open and on-time rates by category, entity, authority, status and owner.
