Worried about a fake citation?
Check every authority before you file.
Upload or paste a draft and Truth or Dare checks every case, statute and quotation cited in it against live web sources and a legal knowledge base. Each authority comes back Verified, Review or No trace, with the reason in plain English.

What Truth or Dare does.
Every authority found
Cases, statutes, rules, constitutional provisions, treaties and record references are pulled from the draft exactly as written, with the paragraph or page where each appears.
Checked in two sources
Each citation is searched on the live web and in the Lexlegis legal knowledge base. Official court and legislature sites carry the most weight.
Quotations checked
A quote attributed to an authority must appear in the retrieved text. A real case carrying a quote that cannot be found is marked No trace, never waved through.
Rules, not opinions
AI reads the evidence, but the final grade comes from fixed rules in software. Every doubt goes to Review; nothing is Verified by default.
Reasons you can read
Each finding says why: no trace in any source, particulars don’t match, may no longer be good law, or found in only one source. Click a row to see how it was judged.
Invented or just missed?
When no source finds a citation, a separate test separates a likely invention from a real authority the sources missed, so you know whether to delete it or check it by hand.
Strict corroboration
Switch it on and only official repositories and recognised legal databases can clear an authority. Check against Indian, UK, US or EU law.
Copy or download
Paste the table straight into Word or Excel, or download it as Word, PDF or Markdown. Repeat citations are marked so you fix each one once.
