What IP Manager does.

Twelve kinds of right

Trademarks, service marks, collective and certification marks, patents, utility models, industrial designs, semiconductor layout designs, copyright, geographical indications, domain names, trade secrets and plant varieties.

A form for each type

Marks get Nice classes, the kind of mark and a mark image. Patents and designs get IPC, CPC or Locarno classes and inventors. Routes cover national, Madrid, PCT and Hague.

Deadlines worked out

Renewals, annuities, opposition windows, priority dates, examination requests and PCT national phase, worked out from the right’s type, office and dates. Each date shows how it was calculated.

Office-specific rules

Opposition periods for India, the US, the EU, the UK, Singapore and more, India’s 10 + 5 years for designs and Form 27 working statements. Other offices use general rules.

Reminded before each one

The owner is reminded 90, 60, 30, 15, 7 and 1 day before and on the day, in the app and by email. Dates can also show in the firm Calendar.

Search by mark, number, proprietor or reference, and filter by type, status, jurisdiction, client, tags and next deadline.

Bring your spreadsheet

Import up to 2,000 rights from CSV. Column names like ‘App No’ or ‘Valid upto’ are understood, and deadlines are worked out on import. Export to CSV any time.

Files, clients and families

Attach certificates and office actions, link each right to its client and matter, and group national filings under their parent.
