Data room too big to read?
Answer the checklist, with cited flags.
Sort a data room into buckets, then answer your due-diligence checklist from it. Every answer comes with a red, orange or green flag, the reason for it and the passages it relies on.

What Due Diligence does.
Bring your own checklist
Add questions one at a time, paste a list, or import up to 500 at once from Excel (.xlsx), CSV, Word or text. A category column in your file is picked up.
Buckets for the data room
Start with Legal, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Tech / IP, Agreements and HR & Employment, or add your own, such as Real Estate. Drag files into a bucket.
Search only where it matters
Limit any question to the buckets it should search, or leave it open to the whole data room.
Red, orange and green flags
Red for material risk, orange for follow-up or not found, green for no issue. Each flag comes with a one-line reason.
Cited to the source
Every answer quotes the passages it relies on. Click a citation to open the file with the quote highlighted.
Any file, scans included
PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx), text and images. Scanned documents are OCR’d, and a file uploaded twice to a bucket is skipped.
Reviewed by your team
Reviewers can change a flag and add a note. Re-running the checklist keeps their change.
Excel, ready to share
Download the checklist with each flag, reason, answer, source and reviewer note.
Kept to the project
Data-room files stay inside the DD project and are kept out of Ask, the Library and MIRA.
