Yes on Mode A. All inference, storage, meta reasoning cycles and skill orchestration are included. On Modes C to E, customer side compute is customer provided.

Yes. Many clients will deploy Mode B for day to day work and Mode D (air gapped) for M&A war rooms. Pricing is per user per mode.
