Delete your account.

You can delete your Lexlegis account from inside the mobile app. You don't need to email anyone.

Steps

  1. Open the Lexlegis app and sign in.
  2. Tap the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  4. Tap Delete to confirm.
  5. On the next screen:
    • If you sign in with a password, enter it.
    • If you sign in with single sign-on (Google, Microsoft or your firm's login), leave the password field empty.
  6. Tap Delete my account. You'll see “Account scheduled for deletion”.

What happens next

Changed your mind? Contact us at support@lexlegis.ai within those 14 days and we'll cancel the deletion. You'll need to sign in again on each of your devices afterwards.

If you own a workspace that has other members

If you're the only owner of a workspace that still has other people in it, the app will block the deletion and name that workspace. First make another member the owner (Workspace settings → Members), then try again.

If you're the only person in your workspace, you can delete your account straight away.
